Kitchen Assistant (Full-Time) – Seoul Tofu @ Tanglin Mall | New Opening!
Join our pioneer kitchen team! Seoul Tofu is opening a new outlet at Tanglin Mall on 1 November, and we’re looking for skilled Kitchen Assistants to help bring authentic Korean flavours to our customers.
What we offer

Your role
- Prepare and cook dishes using the wok according to recipes and standards
- Assist with food preparation (washing, cutting, portioning ingredients)
- Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Help with receiving and storing stock
Requirements
- Must be able to handle a wok (wok cooking experience required)
- Prior kitchen experience is an advantage
- Food Hygiene Certificate preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Team player with a good attitude
