📍Location: Labrador Park (might be moving to Punggol - must be open)
💰Salary: Up to $4000 + bonuses
📝Duration: 1 year extendable/convertible
🕙Working Hours: 5 days a week with 8.5 hours shift between 7am-10pm (can include weekends & PH - double pay)
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone call enquiries from bank customers regarding cards, loans, mortgages or fraud activity
- Team will be assigned accordingly
Requirements
- Min GCE 'N' Level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to cope in a fast-paced environment (paid training is provided for 1-2 months)
- Customer service experience preferred but no required
