💼Job Responsibilities
- Attend to guest enquiries, requests and feedback professionally.
- Provide assistance and information to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfil guest requests.
- Support daily guest service and front-of-house operations.
✅Requirements
- Prior experience in hotel, hospitality, retail or customer service experience are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Comfortable to stand for long hours.
