1. Facility Maintenance: Check air-conditioning, lights, doors, windows, pumps, and sports facilities; report faults and repairs.

2. Facility Management: Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and properly used. Assist during emergencies.

3. Booking Management: Manage bookings for swimming pools, badminton courts, squash courts, table tennis, running tracks, and other facilities.

4. Opening and Closing: Open and close facilities and ensure they are ready before each booking.

5. Maintenance Coordination: Report faults within one hour and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for repairs.
