Salary: $3,000–$3,500/month
Location: Marina Square / Raffles City
Contract Period: 1 Nov 2026 – 30 Apr 2027
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor outstanding orders, shipment status and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate import/export shipments and prepare shipping documentation.
- Liaise with 3PL providers and internal teams to resolve logistics issues.
- Perform inventory reconciliation and support order-to-cash processes.
- Prepare monthly reports, inter-company forecasts and delivery updates.
- Provide sales, customer service and administrative support.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, order management or operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. Oracle or Salesforce).
- Good English communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving and time management skills.
