What you'll be doing
- Manage patient registration, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records
- Handle billing inquiries, insurance verifications, and payment processing
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and timely care delivery
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised reception area and waiting room
What we're looking for
- Nitec level and above
- No experience required
- Comfortable handling patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and payment processes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a courteous and patient-centred approach
- Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
