Warehouse Admin| Up to $3300| East & West| Temp & Perm Roles Available | Day & Night Shift Available
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily warehouse administration and shipment documentation.
- Update inventory and shipment records in WMS/ERP/SAP systems.
- Prepare picking lists, delivery documents, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, transport providers, customers, and internal departments.
- Assist with stock checks, inventory discrepancies, and returns.
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate records, filing, and data entry using Microsoft Excel.
- Support daily warehouse operations and ad-hoc duties.
✅ Requirements:
- Prior experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or a related role preferred.
- WMS, SAP, or ERP system experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Good attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
