Job Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Operations
- Manage online sales platforms, including product listings, pricing, stock availability and promotions.
- Process online orders and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfilment and delivery.
- Monitor order status, returns, cancellations and customer enquiries.
2. Invoice & Sales Administration
- Prepare, process and verify sales invoices, credit notes, delivery orders and related documents.
- Check invoices against sales orders, pricing, quantities and delivery records.
- Assist with supplier invoice processing, data entry, document filing and transaction reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department on invoice discrepancies, payment status and outstanding transactions.
3. Marketing Support
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, online promotions and product launches.
- Prepare and update product catalogues, promotional materials, social media content and online advertisements.
- Monitor campaign performance and online sales results.
4. Customer Service & CoordinationHandle customer enquiries relating to products, orders, pricing, promotions and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse and Finance Departments to resolve order and transaction issues.
- Maintain accurate customer, sales and order records.
5. General Administration
- Assist in preparing sales reports, maintaining documentation and performing data entry.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by Management.
