Summary:
- Basic Salary: S$2,295~ $2,470 per month
- Outlet Allowance: S$80 per monthStaff Benefits: Performance Bonus, Annual Increment, Medical Benefits
- Working Days & Hours: 6 days per week, 44 hours
- Working Location: Central (Takashimaya or Great World City)
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and menu items in accordance with standardised recipes and portion sizes.
- Ensure all sushi products are prepared consistently and comply with established food safety and quality standards.
- Assist with daily ingredient preparation and kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including equipment, storage areas, preparation areas and work surfaces.
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Outlet Chief.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; candidates who are keen to learn J-cuisine are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to learn sushi preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Able to work in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
