💰 Salary: $2,500 – $3,500/month, depending on qualifications and relevant experience

Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls for 24/7 telecare services and conduct wellbeing check-ins.
Guide clients to suitable community resources and health/social care services.
Coordinate care arrangements with healthcare and community partners.
Maintain accurate client records and care plans while ensuring confidentiality.
Encourage healthy lifestyle changes and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Meet service standards and support outreach activities and ad hoc duties.
Requirements
Diploma holders in any discipline, OR GCE N/O-Level with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Contact centre or eldercare experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of health, social or community care services is preferred.
Proficient in at least 2 languages; knowledge of dialects is an advantage.
Responsible, adaptable, service-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
Must be comfortable with rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Working Hours
Training: First 2–3 months on office hours (Mon–Thu: 8:30am–6:00pm; Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm).
After training: Rotating day shifts (7am–7pm) and night shifts (7pm–7am), typically 2 days on and 2 days off. Shift rotation every 2–3 weeks, with approximately 16 working days per month.
