Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Take customer orders and handle POS transactions and payments.
- Assist with food plating, beverage preparation and counter service.
- Clear and reset tables and maintain dining area cleanliness.
- Replenish food, beverages and service supplies.
- Explain menu items and recommend promotions or seasonal specials.
- Follow food hygiene, safety procedures and company standards.
- Support daily opening and closing duties.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
- Prior F&B, retail or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment.
