Key Responsibilities

  • Digitise, organise, verify, and maintain employee personnel records
  • Upload verified documents and index files into SuccessFactors
  • Identify and resolve missing, duplicate, or incorrectly scanned documents
  •  Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with PDPA and HR data protection policies
  • Support ad-hoc HR administrative duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Basic numerical and calculation skills
  • Able to follow established procedures and work independently
  • Singaporean only
