Server Hardware Assembly Technician | Manufacturing & Testing | Up to $3.5K

We are seeking detail-oriented candidates to support server hardware assembly, system integration and quality inspection. This position offers an opportunity to develop practical technical skills in a structured manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble server systems and related hardware in accordance with technical specifications.
- Inspect components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Perform basic checks using tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
- Troubleshoot and escalate assembly defects or hardware discrepancies.
- Assist with server integration, product handling and packaging.
- Record inspection findings and follow established production procedures.
- Maintain workplace safety and 5S standards.
Requirements
- NITEC, technical/vocational qualification or equivalent preferred.
- Relevant experience in hardware assembly, manufacturing, testing or quality assurance is advantageous.
- Familiarity with basic tools and inspection procedures.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Able to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
Working Hours
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Post-training: Rotating 12-hour shifts
- Day shift: 8:00 AM–8:30 PM
- Night shift: 8:30 PM–8:00 AM
- Rostered 4-day work week after training, subject to confirmation
