JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced, sales-driven and customer-oriented Senior Customer Service Associate to represent two brands, either in Premium Ladies Wear or Unisex Wear. The successful candidate will lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales performance and maintaining high retail standards across both brands. This role also involves supporting daily store operations, guiding junior team members and ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience for customers
Job Description:
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide personalised product recommendations and styling advice.
- Drive individual and store sales targets through effective selling, upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across both brands, including collections, promotions and new arrivals.
- Assist in daily store operations, including cashiering, stock replenishment, inventory control.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, cleanliness and product displays.
- Support promotional activities, new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Guide and support junior team members in customer service, sales techniques and daily operational procedures.
- Assist the Store Manager in monitoring sales performance and achieving store targets.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Remain flexible to support different outlets or locations based on manpower and operational requirements.
- Support onboarding and on-the-job training for new team members where required.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum 2-3 year of relevant retail in supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong sales, customer service and communication skills.
- Passionate about fashion, styling and delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Willing to manage products and operations across 2 brands.
- Flexible to work at different outlets or locations according to manpower needs.
- Positive, Presentable and Proactive
