We are looking for a friendly and proactive team member to support our Shop Manager and daily digital printing operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in customers
  • Reply to WhatsApp and customer enquiries
  • Understand customers’ printing needs and assist with their orders
  • Check and follow up on production schedules
  • Coordinate jobs with the production team
  • Follow up on artwork, printing, completion and collection
  • Support the Shop Manager to ensure smooth daily workflow

What we are looking for:

  • Friendly, positive and enjoys meeting people
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Responsible and organised
  • Able to handle several jobs at the same time
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Digital printing experience is an advantage
  • Graphic design / Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop knowledge is an advantage

Training will be provided. We welcome candidates with a good attitude who enjoy working with customers and as part of a team.
