💻 Desktop Support – 5-Month Contract
💰 Salary: $2,600/month
🎁 Completion Bonus: $800 upon successful contract completion
📅 Contract: 1 November 2026–31 March 2027
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm
📍 Work Locations
• Main office near Tanjong Pagar MRT
• May also be deployed to Mapletree Business City or South Beach Tower
• Candidates must be comfortable supporting all three locations
Job Responsibilities
• Provide first-level support for hardware, software and system issues
• Configure, set up and deploy laptops, desktops and other IT equipment
• Install and troubleshoot software, applications and basic network connectivity
• Guide users on system and application usage
• Manage user accounts, access rights and basic IT configurations
• Log, track and follow up on IT support requests
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant support teams
• Assist with IT maintenance, equipment inventory and documentation
Requirements
• Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Business IT or a related discipline
• Entry-level candidates with relevant IT knowledge are welcome
• Desktop-support, helpdesk or technical-support experience is advantageous
• Familiar with computer hardware, software and basic network troubleshooting
• Service-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable travelling between the assigned work locations when required
• Able to commit to the full contract period
