Desktop Support
Location: Tanjong Pagar Mrt
Duration: Asap – 31st Mar , Office Hours
Salary: $2,600/Mth + Completion Bonus
Job scope:
- Providing basic IT support to users for hardware, software and system issues
- Set up, configure and install laptops, desktops and other IT devices
- Installation of applications and software’s, troubleshooting of simple network issues
- Assisting users with IT systems and applications, providing guidance when needed
- Managing users accounts, system access and basic IT settings
- Record, monitor and follow up on IT support requests, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Carrying out routine IT maintenance and maintaining accurate equipment inventory and records
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Singaporeans Only
- Diploma in IT/Business IT related studies
