We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount, and you will be deployed to:
Location: South / Central
Salary: $1,800–$2,200/month
Duration: 6 Months
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, Office Hours
Job Responsibilities:
- Check supplier invoices and supporting documents in the Ariba system
- Verify invoice details, including vendor name, invoice number, date and amount
- Ensure delivery orders and supporting documents are complete and accurate
- Identify discrepancies and assist with general administrative duties
Requirements:
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Able to commit to the full 6 months and occasional OT
