Mission Group is hiring a Baker for our central kitchen at Hersing Kitchen, Tampines. We bake breads, buns and pastries for well-loved restaurants like Chin Mee Chin and Casa Vostra.

What you’ll do:

  • Mix, shape, proof and bake breads, buns and pastries
  • Follow recipes and daily production plans
  • Make sure every batch looks and tastes consistent
  • Keep your station clean and follow food hygiene rules
  • Help pack and prepare deliveries to outlets

What we’re looking for:

  • Baking experience preferred; freshers with strong interest welcome, and we’ll train you
  • Able to do early-morning shifts, weekends and PHs
  • Food Hygiene Cert (Level 1) is a plus, or we can help you get one
  • Hardworking, punctual, team player
