The Role
- Provide a positive customer experience with friendly and courteous service.
- Prepare and serve ready-to-eat and food items in accordance with company standards and food safety requirements.
- Operate food preparation equipment, including fryers and other kitchen appliances.
- Replenish and maintain food displays.
- Assist customers in preparation and selection of products.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in food preparation, serving, and storage areas.
- Perform stock replenishment, stock rotation, and expiry checks.
- Minimise product wastage.
- Support inventory counts and receiving of food supplies when required.
- Maintain excellent customer service at all times.
- Perform opening and closing duties for the food counter.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
