🏢 About the Company

Our client is an established food manufacturing company in Singapore, seeking an experienced Western Cook to join their central kitchen team.

👨‍🍳 Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook Western dishes according to standard recipes
  • Support daily food production, ensuring consistent quality and portions
  • Monitor ingredient usage, stock rotation and minimise food wastage
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Guide junior kitchen or production staff when required

✅ Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years of Western cooking experience
  • Familiar with Western cooking techniques and food preparation
  • Central kitchen, food production or batch cooking experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety requirements
  • Able to read and understand simple menus in English
  • Able to work in a fast-paced food production environment
