About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Accounts Executive / Assistant to join our Finance team. You will support daily accounting operations, reconciliations, payments, cash flow management and financial reporting across Sprint-Cass Group of Companies in a dynamic retail and e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for inter-company recoverable expenses
- Perform Cash & Credit receipt in Accounts Receivable
- Perform reconciliation for POS, Bank, E-Commerce, Intercompany and Supplier transactions
- Verify and input all vendor invoices and staff claims into the accounting system.
- Process monthly e-payments and ensure accuracy
- Perform Consignment Supplier settlement
- Perform Sales Submission to Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong Airport systems
- Manage weekly cash flow
- Prepare and submit GST workings
- Prepare monthly Audit Schedule
- Prepare monthly Financial and Management Reports
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Nitec, LCCI Diploma in accounting OR other equivalent professional certificate
- Min. 1-3 years of relevant of accounts experiences preferable in Retail/E-Commerce industry
- Strong understanding on retail and distribution accounting
- Good communication and time management skills
- Analytical, meticulous and attentive to details
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
