We are looking for service-oriented Retail Associates to create a pleasant shopping experience for bookstore customers. If you enjoy helping people, keeping things organised and working in a team, this could be a suitable opportunity for you.
💰 Job Highlights
- Monthly salary of $2,100–$2,400
- 5-day work week, 44 hours per week
- Training provided for the role
- Gain hands-on experience in retail and customer service
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately
- Arrange books and merchandise, replenish shelves and maintain displays
- Support promotions and sales activities
- Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory control
- Maintain store cleanliness and support daily operations
🔎 Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Responsible, organised and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential
- Able to work weekends and public holidays according to the roster
