💰 Salary: Up to $3,800/month + 1-month completion bonus
📍 Location: Near Eunos MRT
📆 Contract: 12 months, extendable
⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to claims enquiries and requests by email
  • Make follow-up calls to policyholders and insurance representatives to explain claim outcomes
  • Handle feedback, appeals and complaints, escalating complex cases when needed
  • Support enquiries across health, life, critical illness, disability, personal accident and general insurance claims
  • Help improve customer service and operational processes

✅ What You’ll Need

  • Diploma with at least 2 years of insurance industry experience
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Patient, attentive and confident handling challenging conversations
  • Meticulous, service-oriented and a team player
  • Claims knowledge and complaint-handling experience are advantages
  • Insurance certifications such as M9, M5, CHI, BCP or PGI are a plus
