Have experience processing insurance policies? Join a policy servicing team and gain exposure to insurance operations, system testing and process improvements! ✨
💰 Salary: Up to $3,800/month + 1-month completion bonus
📍 Location: Near Eunos MRT
📆 Contract: 12 months, extendable
⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
💼 What You’ll Do
- Process policy issuance and other policy servicing requests within required timelines
- Check policy documents for accuracy and follow company procedures
- Maintain proper filing and document archiving
- Support system testing and new insurance product launches
- Help improve work processes and assist with daily operations
✅ What You’ll Need
- Diploma with at least 1 year of insurance industry experience
- Relevant policy-processing experience, preferably in Personal Lines insurance
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Meticulous, customer-focused and able to work independently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in system testing or process improvements is a plus
