🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔍 Identify and acquire new corporate clients across hospitality, F&B, retail, logistics, and other industries.
📞 Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and client visits.
🤝 Arrange meetings and present DO Jobs and DO Connect workforce solutions.
📝 Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
💼 Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
🚀 Explore new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
👥 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and workforce deployment.
🎯 Achieve monthly sales targets and grow the client portfolio.
✅ Requirements
💼 Experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition is preferred.
🗣️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
🤝 Confidence in approaching decision-makers and closing deals.
🔥 Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
⭐ Experience in staffing, recruitment, hospitality, or workforce solutions is an advantage.
