Quantity Surveyor (Consultant Firm)
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of RFQ’s
- Source for quotation for materials and service
- Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
- Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
- Prepare settlement for final account
- Liaise with vendors and sub-contractors for quotations.
- Compile and evaluate vendors and sub-contractors' quotations.
- Ensure completeness of scope and full compliance to the specifications.
- Manage Contracts administration
- Perform other duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
