Salary: $5,000 – $7,000 per month
Location: West, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: Extendable / Convertible
Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive to join a leading MNC in the manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business objectives.
- Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, payment terms, and cost reductions.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and audits.
- Analyse spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Work with engineering teams to source alternative components and suppliers.
- Resolve supplier quality issues, invoice disputes, and delivery discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and update ERP systems.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sourcing or procurement experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
