CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE @ JURONGEAST | UP TO $3100/MONTH | TRANSPORT PROVIDED | OFFICE HOUR | FFL

Location: Penjuru (Company bus from Jurong East)

Salary Range: $2800 - $3100

Working Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours

Job Description: 

  • Handle order processing, verify customer orders, prepare orders
  • Coordinate with planners, booking agents, ship operators and customers to monitor supply schedules, vessel
  • Address customer enquiries and complaints by providing suitable solutions, maintaining effective communication
  • Other Adhoc duties assigned

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 2-3 years in Logistics/Marine operations
  • Proficient in MS Office
