Job Responsibilities : - Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving coordination, and staff scheduling to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform Chinese wok cooking and maintain consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and food safety standards.
- Develop and standardize recipes, improve menu offerings, and introduce new dishes.
- Train and guide kitchen staff on cooking techniques, hygiene practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor food inventory, ingredient usage, purchasing, and requisitions to control costs and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations and proper handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Coordinate with operations, store management, service, and procurement teams to address feedback and improve kitchen efficiency.
