Gross up to $3000 (depends on experience) + Commission scheme

Job Description:

  • Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service
  • Attend to enquiry via phone calls
  • Schedule patient’s appointment
  • Process invoice and payment collections
  • Dispense medication and maintain inventory levels
  • Basic housekeeping
  • Assist with clinic opening and closing
  • To perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements：

  • At least N / "O" level or equivalent
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Self-motivated and sales driven with a positive attitude
  • Proficiency both in Chinese and English is a must, to handle Mandarin-speaking customers and colleagues
  • Willing to work retail hours 10am-9pm (1.5-2hrs break), weekends & public holidays
