Position Title: Onsite Handpull Noodle Specialist
Working Location: Central
Working Hours: 45 hours per week (Weekdays)
Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Allowance + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and demonstrate traditional hand-pulled noodles (La Mian) at the noodle station, ensuring each portion meets texture, thickness, quality, and presentation standards.
Prepare dough, pull noodles by hand, and produce sufficient quantities to support service needs.
Work with the kitchen team to coordinate noodle preparation with broths, toppings, and dish assembly.
Prepare noodle styles based on menu requirements while maintaining consistency and freshness.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of ingredients and freshly prepared noodles.
Maintain a cleaner and safer workstation according to food safety standards.
Guide staff on basic noodle handling, preparation, and storage procedures.
Engage diners professionally during live demonstrations when required.
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Prior La Mian or hand-pulled noodle experience is required.
Chinese cuisine experience is advantageous.
Candidate must be reliable and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
