📍 Location
- Chinatown (Walking distance from Telok Ayer, Chinatown and Maxwell)
💰 Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,500 per month
🕒 Working Hours
- 5 or 6 days per week
- 10 hours per day
- Shift-based schedule
- Some shifts may end as late as 5:00 AM
- Weekends and public holidays may be required
Job Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with daily food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Wash, cut and prepare ingredients according to kitchen requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Wash kitchen utensils, equipment and cookware
- Ensure ingredients are stored properly and kitchen supplies are replenished
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Support the kitchen team with daily operations
Job Requirements
- No experience required; training can be provided
- Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
