Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present food orders with attention to detail and quality.
  • Follow recipes accurately: slicing, chopping, mincing, stirring, mixing, and seasoning ingredients.
  • Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.
  • Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures are followed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to support efficient operations.
  • Monitor ingredient and stock levels; place orders when supplies are low.
  • Ensure all ingredients and final products are fresh and properly stored.
  • Rotate groceries and ingredients according to expiration dates (FIFO).
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Candidate with Halal / Indian/ Western cuisine experience are welcome to apply.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
