POSITION Bakery Retail Service Crew
OCCUPATION FOOD SERVICE COUNTER ATTENDANT
ROLE SUMMARY Cross-functional front-of-house role; rotate among retail display and sales, customer engagement, cashiering and slicing, and beverage-counter duties after training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY greet customers, explain products, display and replenish items Customer engagement: support sampling, greet customers and manage queues Cashiering and slicing: handle payment, slicing, reheating, packing and handover Beverage counter: prepare and serve simple drinks and keep the counter clean Complete cross-training and rotate stations based on operational needs
WORK EXPERIENCE Experience in F&B, bakery, retail, beverage counter or drink preparation is preferred.
MIN RELATED 0 WORK EXPERIENCE EDUCATION No Formal Qualification
SPEAKING LANGUAGE Able to use both English and Mandarin for workplace communication and customer service.
OTHER REQUIREMENT Able to stand for long periods, work shifts and use POS, slicers, heating equipment and basic beverage equipment after training.
