Responsibilities
Welcome and check in
Coordinate appointments, support clinic operations, room preparation
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Follow up on reports, invoices, confirmations, client requests
Monitor appointment and communicate
Ensure areas are clean and stocked
Handle queries and escalation
Requirements
min 1 year experience in clinics, hospitals, wellness, aesthetic , or hospitality environments
Communication, interpersonal skills
Service-oriented, passion for customer experiences
Organised, detail-oriented, multitask
Professional, committed to confidentiality
Positive, willingness to learn
Additional Information
Salary: Up to S$3,500 per month + AWS + Performance Bonus + Incentives
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours (Rostered): Mon-Fri: 9am-8pm, Weekends: 9am-5pm
Location: Orchard
