Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce pastries, baked goods and desserts according to the restaurant’s standards and recipes.
- Ensure consistency in product quality, taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor ingredient stock, ensure proper storage and minimise food wastage.
- Assist with daily kitchen operations and menu preparation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in baking or pastry preparation is preferred.
- Passion for baking, with good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
