Temp Patient Service Associate ( Office Hour )
Job Description:
- Attend to patient enquiries and guide them through the healthcare system, including providing directions and general assistance.
- Provide patient support such as wheelchair assistance.
- Educate patients on using self-service kiosks and mobile applications to facilitate their healthcare journey.
- Assist with basic health screenings, including height, weight and blood pressure measurements.
- Support eligible patients in completing medical questionnaires and ensure a smooth, comfortable patient experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O level
- Comfortable standing for long hours
