Job Responsibilities:
In charge of daily store operations, arrange rosters, manage baristas and frontline staff. Maintain service standards and F&B quality, implement hygiene requirements. Handle customer enquiries and complaints, ensure good customer experience. Assist in stock checking, inventory management and cash reconciliation. Coach new team members and enforce brand SOPs.

Requirements:
Prior working experience as cafe supervisor / F&B shift supervisor. Service-oriented, good communication and team management skills.
