JOB POSITION: SALES COORDINATOR & OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process orders through online platforms.
  • Ensure all orders are processed before the required cut-off time.
  • Prepare daily/regular reports and follow up on order status.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure stocks are prepared and sent out on time.
  • Support the Sales Team by preparing quotations and handling sales enquiries.
  • Assist with sales-related reports and administrative work.
  • Understand our products, specifications and key product details to provide accurate information to customers and the Sales Team.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good computer skills and comfortable working with online platforms.
  • Willing to learn and understand our products and processes.
  • Relevant sales/admin/logistics experience will be an advantage.
  • Contract of one month in Dec 2026 is available (per day $70)
