⏰ Working Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8.30am–6pm
- Friday: 8.30am–5.30pm
What You’ll Do
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
- Arrange interview rooms and ensure required documents are ready
- Update interview details accurately in the system
- Assist with candidate assessments and CV screening
- Support other recruitment administrative tasks
✅ What You’ll Need
- GCE O/A Levels, NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma
- 1–2 years of recruitment support experience, including interview coordination
- Able to manage multiple interview arrangements and prioritise a high volume of requests
- Clear communication skills
- Meticulous, organised and attentive to detail
