About Us
Eatz Group operates food, catering and restaurant brands in Singapore. We seek a hands-on Assistant Marketing Manager to execute campaigns and supervise a marketing team.
Responsibilities
* Work with Management on marketing plans, campaign calendars and budgets.
* Execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, launches and customer acquisition initiatives.
* Identify target customers and opportunities to grow enquiries, bookings and revenue.
* Track leads, campaign results, expenditure and ROI; recommend improvements.
* Allocate team tasks, set deadlines, check work and develop staff.
* Coordinate digital advertising, social media, content and creative production.
* Ensure marketing materials, prices, promotions and brand information are accurate and consistent.
* Coordinate website updates with IT and vendors; test campaign links and enquiry forms.
* Monitor reviews, feedback and social enquiries; coordinate timely responses.
* Work with Sales, Operations and Finance on viable campaigns.
* Provide progress updates, escalate issues and prepare monthly performance reports.
* Handle other marketing projects assigned by Management.
Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
* At least 5 years' relevant experience in hands-on campaign execution.
* Experience supervising staff or coordinating designers, vendors or agencies.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation and ROI.
* Organised, accountable and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
* F&B, catering, hospitality or events experience is an advantage.
