Barista / Service Crew (Full-Time)
Basic Salary: S$2,300 – S$3,800/month (commensurate with experience)
Working Locations:
Pasir Ris, Ang Mo Kio, Toa Payoh, Clementi and Jurong West.
(Assigned outlet will be discussed during the interview.)

Career Progression:
Barista / Service Crew → Supervisor → Assistant Manager → Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages, desserts and food items according to company recipes and standards.
- Provide friendly customer service and recommend products and promotions.
- Handle POS cashiering, takeaway and delivery orders.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage stock replenishment, minimise wastage and follow company SOPs.
- Perform opening, closing and daily outlet duties.
- Support team operations and other duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- F&B, café or bubble tea experience is an advantage but not required.
- Positive attitude, responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Passionate about customer service and quality products.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently and follow company SOPs.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
