📌 Job Title: Customer Service Officer
💰 Salary: Basic salary up to $3,200
🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:45pm; Alternate Saturdays, 8:30am – 12:30pm
📍 Location: West Region, near Boon Lay MRT (Two-way company transport from Jurong East MRT)
📝 Job Description:
- Lead and supervise the Customer Service team to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and forecast cargo, container, material and inventory movements to support operational planning.
- Coordinate with customers, internal departments, vendors and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain shipping, tracking and inventory records, and prepare regular operational reports.
- Handle monthly customer billing, invoice submissions and billing enquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely payment arrangements.
✅ Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in shipping documentation or billing within a third-party logistics (3PL) company.
- Proficient in TradeNet.
