About Us 

Our client is an established food manufacturing company in Singapore, focused on delivering quality and consistent food products. They are currently seeking a Western Cook to join their central kitchen team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook Western dishes according to standard recipes
  • Support daily food production, ensuring consistent quality, portion and presentation
  • Manage ingredient usage and stock rotation to minimize food wastage
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food hygiene and safety standards
  • Guide junior kitchen or production staff when required

Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant Western cooking experience
  • Familiar with Western cooking techniques and food preparation
  • Experience in central kitchen, food production or batch cooking is an advantage
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and safety requirements
  • Able to work in a fast-paced food production environment
