Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries via inbound calls and emails
- Assist respondents in completing surveys over the phone
- Compile, record, and accurately input survey responses into the system
- Ensure all survey information is captured accurately and professionally
Requirements
- Diploma/ GCE 'A' Levels
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling phone calls and email correspondence
- Detail-oriented with basic computer skills
- Customer service experience will be an advantage
