Start Date: December 2026 / January 2027
5-Day Work Week (Rostered Across Monday to Sunday)
• Conduct outbound calls to selected respondents
• Carry out field visits where required
• Perform daily updates of call outcomes using assigned Excel files
• Work closely with teammates to achieve survey completion targets
• Perform data cleaning and rectify rejected survey submissions due to errors or ambiguities
• Deployment based on residential clusters in North, South, East, or Central Singapore
Requirements
• Diploma/ GCE 'A' Levels
• Comfortable engaging respondents through phone calls and face-to-face interactions
• Willing to travel within assigned residential clusters
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Team player with good communication skills
