- Welcome guests and build positive customer relationships
- Take orders and recommend menu items
- Upsell food and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Serve food and drinks professionally
Ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction - Support daily restaurant operations and service improvements
✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Prior F&B service experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
