Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily guest service operations, attending to guests' enquiries, requests and feedback.
- Welcome, receive and bid farewell to guests at the lounge reception counter, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Process guest payments and verify admission eligibility before granting access to the lounge.
- Assist guests with internet access and connectivity requirements.
- Coordinate and arrange shower facilities for guests.
- Conduct regular inspections of all lounge areas, including food counters, shower rooms, restrooms and internet zones, to ensure cleanliness, tidiness and proper functioning of facilities.
- Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction in line with the Company's service standards and targets, continuously identifying opportunities for service improvement.
- Support ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in the hotel, hospitality or catering industry will be an advantage.
- Outgoing, well-presented and customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities and perform effectively under pressure.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Available to commence work immediately.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends, Public Holidays and overnight shifts, with extended periods of standing.
