📍 Location: Tai Seng
📅 Assignment Period: 1 December 2026 – 2 February 2027
💰 Salary: $13/hour
⏰ Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00am – 6:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Check and tag online orders
- Print order details and gift cards, and attach them to the respective orders
- Cross-check order information for accuracy
- Carry hampers and packages for sorting
- Coordinate with warehouse teams and couriers regarding packed orders
- Perform basic administrative duties
- Handle customer enquiries via email and phone calls
- Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Basic administrative experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Able to carry stocks and packages weighing approximately 10kg
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Good communication and coordination skills
